Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to & business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for items marked ready to ship after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders with any custom made product(s) will 2-3 weeks to ship after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise stated in the listing or communications with you. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If there is any delay that will be communicated through the contact information you gave when checking out. 

The shipping speed after your order is processed will be determined based on which shipping option you choose at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout and will be shipped through USPS.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the shipping timeframe you selected at checkout of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kippylousleather@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
